Refund Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Returns can be accepted for exchange or refund up to 14 days from original receipt of the product directly from Altra Arrows.  To request a return, please visit altraarrows.com/returns.

Product(s) must be returned in original, unopened packaging and have no signs of use.  Returns will be reimbursed to your original form of payment, not including shipping charges.

If a product is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.  Items that are defective and shipped from Altra Arrows or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of product(s) once we receive it.  A 15% restocking fee for returned items that are returns or being exchanged and are not damaged will be deducted from your return balance.

Altra Arrows highly recommends using a foam style arrow target when shooting arrows that have an ARCOS system, as the outserts can get stuck in filler of bag style targets which can damage the insert/outsert system or arrow.

Items returned to us AFTER 14 days of receiving and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
